I rent/to own from Battery Mart, worest place to deal with. They do not see the parts for the unit. I have had my jump box for 15 years, final broke down. I need to get a transformer. Battery Mart was the worest people to deal with. I final found who sells the part. Core Automtive sells parts for the unit 1.800.328.2921. Great people. The unit is made by K&K, also great people. All in all, fir it to las me 15 years, and I just had a problem? It is the best. I have had to replace battery for the unit 2 time. Not bad. Great item!See ...
